Senior Associate Director Building Surveying

Salary: £65,000-78,000 per annum, plus additional benefits ( see below)
Stafford Lawrence is engaged in a retained search for a Chartered Senior Associate Director of Building Surveying for our multidisciplinary client for their offices in Exeter, Devon. The position is a Full-time, permanent job vacancy. Our clients are looking for a future leader for this role, someone who would be keen to progress to Partner over the next few years. Revamp, restructure and reorganise, and develop new business in the area with a view to pushing the Luxury Residential Market. This is an excellent salary banding for a Senior Associate Building Surveyor for the region.

We are seeking someone passionate about Building Surveying, both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying, someone who would like to take on a team and grow the Building Surveying offering in the area, as well as assist with, mentor, and grow the Building Surveying Teams in their other offices

Our client is very open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK to the area.

Requirements for the Senior Associate Director, Building Surveying job vacancy
Ideally, we are seeking a Chartered ( MRICS) Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Building Surveyor for this role. This particular role requires MRICS.
Degree qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying, our client will also consider other construction-related degree qualifications that are RICS-accredited.
In addition, experience in both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.
Someone who can drive the building surveying offering in the South West as well as build the team, provide mentoring, along with Business Development.
We are seeking someone with experience managing stakeholders and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, so you will have leadership experience.
A full clean UK driving licence is a requirement for this role as with all Building Surveyor careers, travel is required to client locations but this will not be excessive.
You will report to the South West regional Partner for Building Surveying.
Salary & Benefits for the MRICS Senior Associate Director Job Vacancy
This is a full-time permanent role.

The successful MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor who meets all requirements can expect a salary of £65-78,000 per annum. Our client have also confirmed that there is some flexibility on this salary banding and this is a little negotiable.

In addition, one paid Professional Fee.
