Take a client brief and develop efficient, effective and sustainable design solutions compliant with UK Building Regulations, Construction Law, British Standards and relevant CoPs

Select or advise on materials and assist in writing NBS specifications

Prepare statutory submissions including Planning, Building Regulations and Building Safety Gateways

Negotiate with statutory bodies and complete statutory submissions and reports

Attend meetings and workshops with Clients, Designers, Contractors and Specialists

Support the Project Lead with the maintenance of Design Risk Registers.

ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification UK experience

Experience designing and delivering office and workplace projects

Strong all-round experience from concept to delivery

Collaborative approach and experience working within multi-disciplinary teams

Excellent communication, drawing and presentation skills

Minimum two years' experience using Revit as prime software

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign

Experience in 3D visualisation (Lumion or Enscape) desirable.
