Job Opportunity: Construction Site Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our dynamic team on a busy construction site based in Andover. If you're physically fit, dependable, and eager to contribute to the success of a construction project, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Prepare and maintain the work site by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and supporting tradesmen
• Operate basic construction machinery and tools (training provided)
• Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and organised
• Follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour preferred but not essential
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• CSCS Labourers card
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations
