We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a well-established maintenance team working on behalf of local authority and housing association clients in the Thame/Oxford area. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to a versatile tradesperson with a strong carpentry background and a solid grasp of additional trades.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry repairs and installations in social housing properties, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves, flooring, and kitchen units.
• Complete multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing (e.g. tap changes, toilet repairs), patch plastering, tiling, and decorating to a high standard.
• Deliver both reactive maintenance (day-to-day tenant repairs) and planned works (kitchen/bathroom refurbishments, void property renovations).
• Work safely and efficiently in occupied homes, showing respect and professionalism when interacting with tenants.
• Accurately manage daily workload via a PDA or mobile device, updating job status and completing necessary documentation.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, and use company tools and equipment responsibly.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (preferred)
