Director of Infrastructure Solutions
Wimborne or Woking | Hybrid
Help shape the future of Biodiversity Net Gain across the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
Wild Capital is the UK's leading national developer of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units and Nutrient Neutrality credits. As Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) come into scope for BNG, we're looking for a commercially driven Director of Infrastructure Solutions to establish and grow our presence in this emerging market.
The Opportunity:
This is a strategic business development role focused on winning major infrastructure opportunities.
You'll build relationships with developers, promoters, Tier 1 contractors, engineering consultancies and environmental advisers, identifying opportunities from concept design and Development Consent Order (DCO) through planning and project delivery.
Success in this role comes from understanding how infrastructure projects evolve, knowing where opportunities arise, and having the commercial ability to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
What you'll bring:
We're particularly interested in speaking with professionals from ecology, planning, land agency, engineering or environmental consultancy backgrounds who have successfully transitioned into business development or client-facing commercial roles.
Why Wild Capital?
This is an opportunity to build a new market for one of the UK's leading environmental businesses, combining commercial success with meaningful environmental impact.
If you're well connected, commercially driven and know how to get deals done, we'd love to hear from you.
We encourage early applications as we anticipate a high volume of response and will likely interview on a rolling basis.
