Building Surveyor Job in Chichester, West Sussex / Hybrid Working

Building Surveyor job for a growing Top 150 construction consultancy based in Chichester, West Sussex, covering projects in mainly Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and London. The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days holiday + Hybrid Working.

The multidisciplinary consultancy is made of 6 offices across the Southwest and South Coast and London and circa 100 staff, they offer design, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, fire safety, town planning and urban design services to a multitude of different sectors including education, residential, commercial and leisure. This role will be working on refurbishment projects across across education, residential and fire safety.

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing refurbishment projects ranging from £50k to £2m
• Working on Projects in education, residential, and cladding
• Client management / Liaison
• Contract administration
• Preparing tender packages
• Conduct a variety of different building surveys
• Assist / Mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years' Post-graduation
• RICS Accredited Degree
• MRICS or MCIOB or working towards
• Consultancy or client-side background both considered
• All sector experience will be considered
• New Build and refurbishment experience is essential.
