We are looking for reliable and skilled Handypersons / Multi-Traders to provide professional responsive maintenance services across South London. This role involves carrying out general DIY tasks, small repairs, and safety modifications to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. You will also support voids work, including decorating, minor plumbing, and repair works.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
- Perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Carpentry: Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, window and door repairs, lock changes.
- Plumbing: Repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms, general plumbing maintenance.
- Decorating: Painting and decorating to a high standard.
- Plastering: Repairing walls and ceilings as required.

Ensure timely completion of tasks within designated time slots and maintain accurate records.

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Ability to read job scopes and specifications and provide basic job reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Good English is essential.
- A valid driving licence with own vehicle/van and own tools.
