You will be a key part of the construction team and will manage the day to day activities of the sub-contractors alongside maintaining a high level of health and safety which is paramount.

New Build Care Home
project
Planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from start to finish
Supervising and motivating construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient task allocation and progress monitoring
Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and managing risks to minimise accidents and injuries
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
