The Role

• Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across commercial, residential, education and mixed-use sectors
• Take responsibility for client relationships and project delivery
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Oxford office
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic objectives

About You

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards chartership
• Proven experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong technical building surveying background
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
