Supervisor - Voids, Repairs & General Building

Location: Predominantly Office-Based
Coverage Area: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire

About the Role:
Our well-established client, a leading contractor specialising in voids, repairs, and general building services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. With a diverse range of projects including home improvements, property services, and general handyman work from small renovations to large-scale builds, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communication and issue resolution.
• Attend site and client meetings to monitor progress and resolve any challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract management, particularly within the building and construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with additional company software is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and order processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
