Their team is divided into planning and technical roles, ensuring expertise in both areas to effectively deliver large-scale projects.

Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with UK project expertise to join the team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a practice known for its strong industry relationships and focus on high-quality residential developments.

• Working on the production of working drawing packages
• Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions
• Take a lead role in the running of project stages if required
• Speaking with external consultants and clients
• Using AutoCAD on a daily basis.

• Have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience
• Experience with UK residential projects is essential
• Project experience in developer-led projects would be highly beneficial
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is essential
• Revit ability is beneficial.
