Assembly And Fabrication Operatives Required in Kendal, Cumbria to start immediately on a 3 month project

What this role will entail:

• Manual handling of Aluminium housings and Copper and Aluminium busbars of varying mass;
• Preparation of assembly materials (Use of Stanley knives / scissors);
• Light hand machining (Use of grinders / finishing papers);
• Masking of housings and busbars prior to powder coating;
• Use of hand tools i.e. De-burring tools, spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, rivet guns & inserting machines;
• Assembly of busbar trunking to exacting standards;
• Packaging product for dispatch

Generic Duties :

• The employee will carry out any other administration tasks as necessary or as requested by the Heads of Department.
• At all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company.
• And any other tasks as necessary to ensure that the Company Profits are maximised at all time.
