Senior/Principal Hydrologist

Working with a leading multidisciplinary environmental consultancy growing their Hydrology & Water Environment team, we seek a Hydrology professional at either Senior or Principal level. This is an excellent role for someone who wants to play a key role in technical delivery, team leadership, project strategy and client engagement across major UK development and infrastructure projects.
The Role
• Flood Risk Assessments & ES chapters
• Hydrological modelling (FEH, ReFH2, WINFAP etc.)
• Site walkovers, surveys & risk assessments
• Liaison with regulators and stakeholders
• Supporting bids, mentoring juniors & shaping the team

What do we need?
• 5–7+ years’ consultancy experience
• Degree in a relevant environmental discipline
• Chartered or working towards (C.WEM, CEnv etc.)
• Confident mentoring, reviewing and managing projects
• Strong client-facing and commercial awareness
• Experience with relevant industry software (HECRAS, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, PDS, CAD etc.)
