BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

• Identify, develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
• Meet customer acquisition and revenue targets
• Develop and own a sales plan to target and grow your accounts to support the achievement of your annual sales goals
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings to showcase the company's products and services
• Prepare sales KPI reports and forecasts for use in organisational planning and financial forecasting

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Commercially astute, boasting a successful career of achievement in sales, business development and/or account management roles
• A confident communicator with the ability to present complex information in clear, plain-spoken, simple, and convincing terms (verbal and written)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience of using CRM software to enhance sales performance
• Self-motivated and results driven, with the ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced business environment with strict deadlines
