Salary: £36,720.00 - £37,485.00 per annum

A well-established local contractor specialising in social housing maintenance is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to carry out high-quality repairs and refurbishments across a range of domestic properties in Ealing.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance in both occupied and void properties
• Installing and repairing doors, windows, locks, worktops, kitchen units, and bathrooms.
• Completing general plumbing tasks, painting and decorating, and plastering.
• Using a handhold electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.

Requirements :

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
