We have an opportunity for a Driver/Labourer to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service, supporting a range of minor works and responsive repairs within the reactive maintenance department. This role will cover various properties across Hounslow.
Responsibilities:

Providing labour and driving support to the Repairs and Minor Works teams, carrying out duties as directed by the Planning Team, Supervisors, or Senior Management.

Undertaking repair works, where training and competencies allow, ensuring a high standard of workmanship at all times.

Carrying out all duties safely and in full compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and Council policies.

Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with planners, supervisors, and trade operatives.

Promoting a strong customer-first approach, ensuring residents are treated with respect and consideration at all times.

Working collaboratively with residents and partner organisations, including the voluntary sector, to support service improvements and innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Inspecting ladders, tools, and equipment prior to use and promptly reporting any defects to a qualified operative, Supervisor, or Manager.

Ensuring all personal protective equipment (PPE) is appropriate, in good condition, and reporting any issues immediately.

Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy work sites upon completion of works.

Completing before and after photographic records of repairs and accurately uploading information using a handheld device or PDA.

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
