£50,000-£60,000 basic
OTE:
£90,000-£125,000 (Year 1) | £150,000+ uncapped (Year 2)

property auction business
is expanding nationally and is now seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager / Valuer
to support continued growth.

This is a
client-facing role
combining
business development and valuing
, focused on:

Winning new business by developing partnerships with:

Estate agents
-
Solicitors
-
Property professionals
-
Generating auction listings through self-sourced opportunities
-
Carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on auction strategy

Managing and developing existing client relationships
-
Maximising revenue from partner accounts
-
Representing the business professionally in both face-to-face and virtual environments
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced
property professional
with a strong background in valuing or branch management and a proven ability to generate new business.
You will be:

Confident in self-generating leads

A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to groups
Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 5 years' experience
at Valuer or Branch Manager level

Proven track record of
new business generation
-
Property auction experience desirable (but not essential)

B2B sales experience advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competent with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
-
Ability to present effectively in both physical and virtual settings

Accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
