Senior Quantity Surveyor - London
I have an exciting opportunity with a well-established Building and Quantity Surveying consultancy who are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their supportive team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, near Farringdon.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered hybrid working.
The Company
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a leading consultancy who are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. You would be joining a young, ambitious and hard-working team of over 40 people but a smaller team of 5 Quantity Surveyors.
As a company their bread and butter is Residential and commercial projects but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and initially run Residential projects. The role will also involve assisting with and taking on facade remediation projects.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with a progression pathway in sight, within the company.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need to produce cost plans, advise on cost options, produce tender documents, contract administration and Employer's Agent service and negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
