The Role
You'll bring strong pre- and post-contract experience and get to work across a mix of sectors-residential, education, commercial fit-out and defence. You'll be confident with:

• Cost planning & valuations
• Change control & contract administration
• Procurement support
• Interim & final accounts
• Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• JCT expertise (NEC4 exposure is a bonus!)
