Head of Property Management - South London- Mon- Fri- £45,000- £50,000

Job Title: Head of Property Management
Salary: £45,000- £50,000 + Bonuses
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 09:00am- 17:30pm

My client, a chartered management accountant business specialising in construction and property are looking for a Head of Property Management to join the team in South London. You will be responsible for managing the existing team whilst implementing processes and systems. This is a great opportunity to make something your own and to help a company grow from strength to strength!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Responsible for a team of 2 which will grow in time
• Full management of assigned portfolio which consists of Commercial units, Block and AST Properties
• Implementing processes and setting up software
• Chairing AGMs and calculating service charge budgets
• Managing planned maintenance
• Ensuring Section 20 planned maintenance is budgeted for
• Regular property visits
• Overseeing compliance with safety regulations

Must have:

• Driving license
• Block management and / or AST Property Management experience
• ARLA, IRPM, TPI or other Property qualifications
• Day to day management experience
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

• Commercial property experience
