Are you a Senior Site Manager, with data centre experience?

An award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Senior Site Manager help lead their new projects in the Data Centre sector.

Projects will be London, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

The role of the Senior Site Manager .

The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Senior Site Manager being a key member of the delivery team.

You will be working on fast track and long length data centre schemes, ranging in value from £500K - £5M.

* Manage 1 or 2 projects simultaneously, keeping to budgets and timelines
* Act as the secondary contact on site
* Coordinate with fellow site management colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct site inspections and oversee all aspects of site management, including health and safety protocols.
* Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.

You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.

The requirements

• Clear evidence of Data Centre experience
• 5+ years in the Site Management world
• Contract handling of between £500K - £5M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
