Job Title: Domestic Gas Surveyor
Location: South London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Van and Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are seeking a Domestic Gas Surveyor to join a reputable contractor based in South London to work across 2 of their social housing contracts.

Domestic Gas Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough surveys for domestic gas heating systems
• Assess boiler replacement requirements and heating upgrades
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including material and labour requirements
• Ensure compliance with current regulations

Domestic Gas Surveyor Requirements:

• Relevant ACS qualifications
• Proven experience in domestic gas surveying or a similar role
• Strong understanding of domestic heating systems and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving License
