We are looking for a Groundworker to join the dedicated in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service and support across social housing properties in West London.

Responsibilities:

• Performing a wide range of domestic groundwork tasks including fencing, brickwork, pointing, concreting, and slabbing.
• Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
