McGinley are looking for a COSS for Weekend and potentially midweek work. This will be heavy weekends at the start with Christmas work and the opportunity for midweeks if you impress the client.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all site safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining the highest standards of safety.
• Manage and oversee track worksite safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all staff understand the safety measures in place.
• Liaise with site managers and other stakeholders to coordinate safe and efficient site operations.
• Respond promptly to any safety incidents, applying your expertise to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements :

• Valid COSS certification.
• Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification.
• Proven experience in a similar role within rail or trackside environments.
• Availability for flexible working hours, especially during weekends.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Track Induction and Small Tools are preferable.
