As the PTS Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team on various rail projects, leading by example and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and project requirements. This role will be a long term, ongoing position with midweek and weekend work weekly. You will be working in the West London area and must drive.

• Lead and manage a gang of track workers, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
• Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining high standards of work practices and enforcing safety protocols.
• Organise and plan daily work activities, materials, and equipment needed to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct track inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with site managers, team members, and other stakeholders.

• PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification is essential.
• Previous experience as a Track Chargeman or similar role leading a gang on the track.
• Track Induction certification is required.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations on the railway.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights as required.
