My client is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative for a 12 month contract based at their site in Edgware.

The role includes basic maintenance and repairs both reactive and pre planned.
The successful candidate will need basic carpentry skills as well painting and decorating.

All tools and materials are provided and there is no driving involved as all flats are in the one complex.
