The Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a landmark luxury residential development in Central London. This pivotal role involves providing strategic commercial leadership, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting the wider commercial team to deliver a high-profile heritage transformation to the highest standards.
The Project
Located just moments from Victoria Station, this £92m development is set within a stunning Grade I and II listed estate. The scheme will sensitively convert historic buildings into 42 ultra-prime residential apartments across three distinct blocks. A rooftop extension will house an exclusive penthouse, while a luxury wellness suite-including a gym, spa, and underground swimming pool-adds to the project's prestige.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in one of London's most exciting and technically challenging residential conversions.
