Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with an independent property consultancy with expansion plans in place for this year. They are in the process of hiring a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with at least 3 years' PQE for the office based in Central London.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Conducting a variety of services: Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and Party Wall matters.
• Providing advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients; predominantly commercial, with a degree of retail, residential and mixed-use investments & development work.
• Growing and managing client relationships.
• Developing and assisting with the mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements of the role:

• Chartered Status as a Building Surveyor (MRICS)
• At least 3+ years PQE working as a Building Surveyor.
• A proven track record in ensuring business operational and financial targets are met.
• Strong understanding of all Building Consultancy disciplines.
• Good people management skills.
• Attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability.
• Ability to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions & recommendations.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software and Microsoft packages.

Salary Budgets: £65-74,000 Basic Salary
Car Allowance Provided, Bonus Scheme, Plus numerous other benefits

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm - THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING
