The Opportunity

You'll be joining a respected Building Consultancy team working across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use projects. The role offers a strong blend of professional services and project work , giving you real autonomy and exposure to clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of core building surveying services including:
• Building surveys and technical due diligence
• Contract administration and project management
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Dilapidations (acting for landlords and tenants)
• Working directly with clients across public and private sectors
• Managing projects from instruction through to completion
• Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where appropriate
• Contributing to repeat business and long-term client relationships
  About You
  • MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
  • Strong technical grounding with experience in a consultancy environment
  • Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • Keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive consultancy
