With expertise in the Commercial Property arena, this giant of a Real Estate practice wants forward-thinking, self-motivated and technical Building Surveyors in their team.

Additionally, they work in CAT A&B fit out projects, retail, leisure and education, providing a full spectrum of construction consultancy services.

The Building Surveyor role

Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys and project management on a variety of projects.

• Wide ranging experience within Commercial property
• Knowledge within Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Capital Markets, Leasing, Project Management
• Consultancy background
• Client facing approach
