• Lead the pre-planning stages of low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes
• Oversee concept design, feasibility studies, and planning submissions
• Coordinate and manage consultant teams and liaise with planning authorities
• Provide design leadership and technical guidance across projects
• Support and mentor junior architects within the studio
• Contribute to project strategy and assist with developing future work opportunities

• ARB registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience
• Strong track record delivering residential-led schemes at pre-planning stage
• Excellent design and technical capability with sound commercial awareness
• Confident leading projects and contributing strategically within a wider team
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning processes and housing standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide others
