Our client is an award-winning architectural practice specialising in luxury private residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. Known for a meticulous approach and high standards, the team works on exceptional properties, often with historic significance, delivering bespoke design solutions tailored to each client.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-end private residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with a broad consultant team
• Oversee technical design and detailing, ensuring quality and compliance with UK
• Building and Planning Regulations
• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Undertake contract administration where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years' post-Part 3 experience in the UK
• Proven experience delivering luxury private residential projects
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
• Strong technical design and detailing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Conservation and heritage project experience desirable.
