Tenancy Progressor - Walthamstow - £25,000 to £28,000 Basic, £32,000 to £35,000 OTE

My client, a successful multibranch independent are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Progressor, to join their administration team in their family feel office in Walthamstow.

You will work alongside the existing Tenancy Progressor and Coordinator to progress tenancies from point of reference to move in for their portfolio of properties. This role will suit a personable individual with excellent communication skills, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of AST tenancy documentation, progressing new deals efficiently and effectively.
• Arranging Inventory Check-ins and Cleaning for properties
• Carrying out AML checks on all landlords and tenants.
• Monitoring the progression of tenant references and sending completed reports to landlords
• Record and maintain accurate CRM database for the wider team.
• Liaising with tenants as required
• Accurately maintaining records and documentation.
• Assisting the existing Tenancy Progressor with the support of the coordinator.
• Additional ad hoc administrative duties as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Proven Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression experience
• Experience with lettings compliance would be ideal, but not essential.
• Professional manner with excellent communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm, Friday 8.45am - 5pm
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Basic, £32,000 to £35,000 OTE Dependant on Experience
