Senior Sales & Lettings Administrator - W14 London - £30,000 - £35,000
I'm working with a market-leading, reputable independent residential sales and lettings Estate Agency, specialising in prime properties.
They're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Sales/Lettings Administrator to join a friendly and successful team. This is the perfect position for someone who has a passion for property, experience within estate agency progressions, knows the legislation, and wants to work for a company that values loyalty, longevity, and looking after their employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Inputting new properties, creating property marketing details and performance report

Uploading & maintaining information on the company database as well as the website & associated property portals

Preparing, and sending offer letters, instruction/valuation letters, Terms of Business, Sale Memorandums, Tenancy Agreements, Invoices

Supporting sales/lettings with any inbound enquiries

Onboarding all new clients and requesting CDD/AML documents

Completing AML compliance/running health checks on any existing
-
Assisting the Sales & Letting Directors with all ad-hoc as and when required
-
Progressing tenancies from acceptance to move-in date
-
Uploading and managing tenancy details
-
Ensuring all compliance is adhered to including AML, GSC, EICR and EPC, DPS, Right to Rent

Observing lettings and sales latest legislation

Any other ad-hoc duties such as photocopying, post, office stationery, keys registration, and utilities
Key Experience & Skills Required:
-
2 years minimum in a Lettings/Sales Administration role

Strong understanding of how lettings and sales teams are run and how to support them
-
Strong IT skills
-
Ability to prioritize workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner

Excellent telephone manner
-
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients in writing and on the phone

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Self-motivated, shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately
-
Team player with a positive can-do attitude.

Experience of working setting up systems and processes

Proven organisational skills.
