Sales Team Administrator - Hammersmith - £33,000 to £38,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a prestigious boutique Estate Agency in the West London area, are currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established brand coming into a friendly and family feel team who really take care of their staff.
It is a varied role that includes:

Day to day organisational and administrative support to the Sales Team

Actively supporting the Sales Team in the selling of our clients' properties including completing the client on-boarding process

Preparation of Sales materials including property brochures, window cards and advertising copy
-
Maintaining and updating the Sales database ensuring all information is correctly uploaded

Supporting the Sales Team with diary management
-
Being the 'face' of the office - meeting and greeting clients and registering applicants when required
-
Diligently collecting the information required for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and ensuring the files are compliant with current legislation

General administrative duties including photocopying and digitally filing documents

Ensuring the office is appropriately stocked with stationery, marketing materials and other office supplies

Answering all calls in a confident and professional manner

Attending and assisting the setting up of company events as and when required

Respecting our clients' confidentiality at all times

Maintaining the company's high standards and excellent quality of service to both applicants and customers at all times
Skills and Experience Required:
-
3+ years experience within an administrative role with exceptional organisational skills
-
Experience in Estate Agency would be advantageous
-
Alto experience would be advantageous

Be smartly presented and able to handle a public-facing role - both face-to-face and over the telephone

The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed and to maintain and update all electronic files

A pro-active, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Salary Budgets:
£33,000 to £38,000 per annum DOE
Required working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based
