Setting up new clients / properties on the Tramps property management system

Charge raising, demand generation, receipts processing, issuing tax invoices

Cashiering and banking

Credit Control work

Bought Ledger work to include, posting invoices on to the Tramps software system

Supplier payment runs and issuing remittance advice notes

Dealing with and resolving supplier queries

Preparation of service charge accounts, reconciliations, certificates and calculating the balancing service charge adjustments and raising demands for these

Bank reconciliations of client bank accounts on Tramps

Ad-Hoc property accounting
-
Management fees calculations
-
Regular Client Statement reporting - sorting, photocopying, collating and mailing/emailing reports
-
Preparation of VAT Reports, Photocopying and collating backup invoices to accompany client VAT Reports and posting/emailing to clients

Spreadsheet work - customised client reporting

Sorting and filing all related documents and supplier invoices
-
Assisting Directors, Senior Client Accountants, Surveyors and Facilities Managers in all aspects of accounting and property related work

Acting as a main focal point for Clients and working closely with the wider Property Management team to ensure a smooth and robust client service delivery

Managing the Client relationship to ensure Client needs and requirements are met.

Responding to routine enquiries promptly (emails, telephone calls, etc)

Managing the data held on the Tramps database and putting in place robust processes to ensure accuracy

Arranging payments to Clients, Suppliers, Third Parties using the Bank's online portal

Reviewing client statements/ period end reporting
Requirements
-
Between 5+ years' experience as a client accountant within commercial property
-
Excellent computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Trace Solutions (TRAMPS)
-
Microsoft office systems, including Word and Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
-
Team player and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Office based in Mayfair 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays
