We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team for a local housing association in Chelmsford.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
• Basic DBS Check
