We are recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team for a local housing association in Chelmsford.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
• Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
• Basic Criminal Record Check
