We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking responsive repairs in residential homes occupied by tenants
• Using a PDA device to receive work orders and appointment times to attend
• Fault finding and accurately diagnosing the repairs required
• Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• City & Guilds in Carpentry OR Plumbing
