We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking responsive repairs and maintenance in residential homes occupied by tenants
• Using an electronic hand held device to receive work orders and and managing appointment schedules
• Accurately diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs
• Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
