MSS Infrastructure Ltd are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Lead to lead a specialist structural engineering and testing team within a unique laboratory and research environment.

This role offers an alternative to traditional consultancy work, combining technical leadership, structural testing, client engagement and business development. You'll lead engineers and technicians, oversee testing programmes and help develop new opportunities across the sector.

We are looking for an articulate and commercially minded engineer who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable representing the business externally, developing industry contacts and identifying new opportunities whilst leading a high-performing technical team.
