Location: Brentwood / East London
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Site-based across East London, with office attendance in Brentwood for meetings as required

We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to support planned works across East London . The role involves working directly with residents throughout works programmes, keeping them informed, arranging access, responding to concerns and working closely with site and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resident liaison, housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or construction. Candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds may also be considered where they can demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence dealing with residents and the ability to manage issues independently.
