Lettings Coordinator - Loughton - £27,000 - £30,000 + bonus

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a market leading Essex based estate agency who are looking for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to support the team with their administration.

Responsibilities

• Referencing tenants
• Carrying out compliance checks
• Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
• Preparing Legal documents
• Taking a file from offer to move in
• Updating the database
• Renewals
• Chasing Arrears

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience
• Paragon and CFP experience is a bonus
• Know the current law and can show they have carried out referencing/renewals
• Know the current law and show they have carried out referencing/renewals
• Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, letter, email and in person
• Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package and general office skills

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6:00pm, office based
Benefits: bonus based on quarterly KPIs
