Forward thinking, scheduling jobs to minimise travel time to area/routes.
Dealing with complaints as per process.
Interviewing potential engineers.
Helpdesk diary management coordinating annual leave and shift patterns.
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure they are providing adequate service.
Checking engineers paperwork and timesheets on a weekly basis.
Ensuring all invoicing is completed daily, to include all jobs completed by allocated engineers, PPM work and unallocated engineers as required by the business, liaising with engineers.
Attend monthly line managers meetings and report as per agenda.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the department.
