Our client a leading main contractor specialising in large-scale construction projects, including Ministry of Defence (MOD) sites, prisons, and other public sector contracts. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects across the East Midlands.

Experience in Project Management precast and concrete construction would be advantageous , but it's not essential. If you have a solid background in construction project management and are ready for an exciting challenge, we want to hear from you!

• Oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site managers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays or budget overruns.
• Manage procurement of materials and labour, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any on-site challenges.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction, delivering projects to a high standard.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for senior management and clients.
