We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale commercial hospital build in South London.

Key Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Black Card

• SMSTS certification

• Proven experience managing mechanical packages on large commercial projects , ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Must live within a commutable distance to the Streatham area of London

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mechanical installation works on-site

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting

• Liaise with the client, consultants, and project team to deliver successful outcomes
