The Company:

Our client is a leading provider of commercial M&E Installations across Yorkshire and the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.

Mechanically work values are up to £8M.

The role:

You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract plumbers & Fitters and specialist works such as AC, ducting and chillers.

You will be required to work away when needed.

You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.

You will be responsible for procuring materials.

You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works and implementation of RAMS on site .

You must have:

SSSTS or SMSTS

Gold CSCS Card- Time-served Plumber or Pipefitter ideally.

A clean DBS check is essential too

Strong working knowledge of Mechanical Works.

Ability to manage team and subcontractors and liaise effectively with the project manager.
