A position has arisen with a well-established house builder for a Multi Trade Operative in the Thetford area to carry out the after sale maintenance and repairs work on new build properties. This is a permanent contract where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one.
As the Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for:
Carpentry repairs
Tiling
Patch Plastering
Settlement cracks
Curtains and other duties relevant to the role
General repairs and maintenance
In order to be eligible for the Multi Trade Operative role, you must:
Have a Full UK Driving Licence
Have a valid CSCS card
Have your own tools
Have relevant industry experience
In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
£39,000 basic salary
Company van & fuel card
12% yearly bonus
25 day holiday plus bank holidays

Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm
