For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering:

£40,000 per annum DOE

08.00 – 16.30 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 15.30 on a Friday

Commission scheme - 1% on any sale
The role – Business Development Manager :
-
Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4m within 24 months.
-
Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts.
-
Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships
-
Researching prospective companies and gaining the opportunity
-
Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
-
Setting and attending new business meetings.
-
Report accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance and projections to the Directors
-
Manage existing sales resource and identify additional requirements in line with targets and sales performance
What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager:

Proven track record of business development and increasing sales/turnover levels within similar businesses -

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Good networking skills-

Hold a full, UK Driving licence -
ESSENTIAL

Construction / Offsite building industry experience
ESSENTIAL
