Salary: £240 - £250 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Full UK Driving Licence

Skills: 1 year experience on PLC Housing, House Building

A National Developer is looking for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a temp to perm opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Manage a timber frame housing site in Tamworth, alongside a Site Manager
• Offer temp to perm for the right candidate after 6 weeks

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in PLC Housing and House Building.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
